Big Sky Conference Tournament

With tonight's 84-64 win for the Weber State Wildcats over Montana State Bobcats up in Bozeman, Montana.

Thw Wildcats finish the regular season with a mark of 15-1 / 21-8!

The final standings are as follows and the top 6 get to advance to the Big Sky Tournament, host city Ogden, Utah because of the Wildcats awesome record.

The pairings for the 2009 Big Sky Conference Men's Basketball Championship came into focus on Sunday.

The 2009 Big Sky Championship will begin on Saturday, March 7 with first-round games. No. 6 seed Montana State will take on No. 3 seed Montana in Missoula on Saturday in Missoula at 7 p.m. Mountain.

No. 5 seed Northern Colorado will travel to No. 4 seed Idaho State. That game is also at 7 p.m. Mountain.

The two first-round winners advance to the semifinals in Ogden, Utah.

Both games will be available for free on Big Sky TV.

No. 1 seed Weber State and No. 2 seed Portland State earn byes to the conference semifinals on Tuesday, March 10 at the Dee Events Center in Ogden,

Portland State will play in the first semifinal at 5 p.m. against the highest remaining seeds. Weber State will play at 7:30 p.m. in the second semifinal against the lowest remaining seed. Both semifinals will be televised on Altitude2.

The championship game will air live on ESPN2 starting at 8 p.m. Mountain on Wednesday, March 11.
